LUX BOUDOIR is owned by native Texan and McKinney business woman Michael Castleberry. For the last 10 years Michael has dedicated her career to Boudoir photography and Women's portraiture.
Her main focus is empowering women and creating a one-of-a-kind luxury photography experience! Michael has helped serve over 700+ clients and is extremely proud of the many women that she has seen come back to the studio time and time AGAIN!!
Michael is also the owner and founder of THE LUX LOUNGE TX - a unique and luxurious rental space for fellow artists and creators to be inspired and to collaborate.

WHEn i'm not shooting
You will most likely find me at home with my amazing family. I have been married 13 years and have 2 beautiful children, 3 cats, a dog, 4 chickens and 7 ducks. AND we are currently renovating our 1950's lake home in Little Elm, Texas. I know many people think it is odd I run a luxury business and live a very domestic lifestyle but it really does fit my personality.
I know and love all things luxury but I am also down to earth and know the worth of a hard days work. I believe it makes me the best at what I do, which is absolutely the best job in the world!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in North Dallas in the heart of Historic Downtown McKinney! The studio is located right above Spoon Cafe and is across the street from Landon Winery and Rick's Chophouse!
We love our location as it is seconds or minutes away from the best shopping and eats in North Dallas!

what does the process look like?
it really is easy as pie!!
1. Book your appointment via email or phone & receive LUX Boudoir Prep-Guide& session contract.
2. Week before session you'll receive a Confirmation email and get your Studio Map (So no one gets lost!)
3. SESSION DAY - Have an amazing pamper-filled , FUN session with me!
4. In less than 7 days, you'll have a Zoom Reveal session with our studio manager Courtney (She is the BEST) to gush over your images and go over any product orders.
5. Purchased Photography items are shipped to you and should arrive by (tbd) estimated date.
what do I bring to my session?
Isn't that THE question!! The answer is...
There is NO wrong answer!
Research, try-on, and purchase any outfit that makes you feel confident, beautiful, sensual and comfortable. Each woman has a different style and desire for their session.
If you feel like heels and a sparkly bra make you feel great DO IT!! If an oversized sweater, knee-high stockings and your glasses are your vibe...GO FOR IT!!
